• Be the best, most positive and professional representation of Aloha Desert Pools!
• Answer the phones, providing great customer experience.
• Effectively utilize computer skills to handle administrative tasks, including using company CRM, phone, MS Office and other computer applications.
• Route technicians to jobs and coordinate appointments with customers.
• Quoting, billing and invoicing jobs.
Experience:
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
• Proficiency in computerized systems such as MS Office and Google Suite
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge in billing area is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
