We Open Doors to Total Health - Be Part of the Team -
? Environment - National presence with Local Market Coverage providing patient access to a student population in an Outpatient Setting.
? Admin Support - Full Front Office staff to support all administrative needs, including scheduling and managing of all client communication with providers.
? Day-to-Day - Practice model is typically Monday-Friday seeing an average of 6 patients per day - College Student and staff population only!

Responsibilities
? Provide initial assessments, check-ins, and offer appropriate referrals within Mindpath
? Supporting patients through assessments of their current mental state
? Identify areas of concern and develop a plan of therapeutic treatment
? Collaborate when necessary for best patient care and experience
? Must be willing and capable of providing treatment for the following: Mental Health Consultation, Adjustment Disorder, Greif/Loss, Anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Depression, Panic Attacks/Disorders, Personality Disorders, Stress / Stress Management, and Trauma/PTSD.
Qualifications
? Current California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC License
? Excellent verbal / written communication skills - timely notes and documentation
