Customer Service Specialist

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a highly motivated full-time Customer Service Specialist who can provide a world-class customer service experience in our Coatesville, PA office.

Primary Job Functions:
? Answer general incoming calls, texts, and emails
? Schedule customer appointments
? Call customers to confirm appointments
? Provide support to the Office Manager and other supervisors as needed
? Handle filing system to ensure effective, accurate, and easily retrievable documentation
? Invoicing
? Collaborate and support the team to provide responsive customer service
? Some AR/AP tasks when assigned

Office Support Specialist Qualifications: ? 2 years or more of experience as office support/customer service ? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ? Quickbooks knowledge is a plus, but not required ? Strong Organizational skills ? Must be able to multi-task proficiently ? Strong interpersonal skills ? Ability to work independently or collaboratively with team members ? Must have the highest integrity, including the ability to treat confidential information appropriately
