What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Independently handle employee relations situations
? Manage HRIS onboarding process and profile creation
? Support employee engagement programs and policy development
? Research and provide solutions for HR department efficiency
? Serve as a mentor and resource for HR colleagues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor?s degree in HR and a minimum of three years of HR Generalist experience
? Strong experience with employee relations and performance management
? Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
? HR experience in a fast-paced, multi-state environment
? Reside in one of the following states: AZ, FL, IL, IN, NC, NV, PA, TN, TX
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? HR Certification (HRCI or SHRM)
? Experience with UKG (UltiPro) HRIS
? Remote work experience
? HR experience in a BPO environment or supporting a call center
