What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service and active listening skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor
• Proficiency with computers and CRM software, along with strong typing skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and make sound decisions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Additional education or experience in customer service may be beneficial
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Experience in sales or recommendations for products and services
