We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team remotely. The ideal candidate will assist in project coordination, calendar management, and various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Manage Outlook Calendar and schedule appointments
Coordinate projects and assist in planning events
Provide administrative support such as proofreading documents and data entry
Act as a personal assistant by handling correspondence and phone systems
Assist with various tasks related to clerical duties

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently

Experience in event planning
Familiarity with phone systems
