Social media manager

We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
? Chat with client via Voxer and transcribe voice memos to notes / lists / documents
? Manage inbox
? Manage DMs, likes, engagement
? School outreach
? Create a list of schools where client has spoken
? Create a list of similar schools and POC
? Work with client on a draft email to send to schools and have her approve
? Hand off warm leads to client
? Manage Amazon shop
? Manage podcasts
? Assist in various ways with potential editing, show notes, finding sponsors
? Repurpose podcasts into YouTube shorts
? Manage Trello
? Keep track of to-do items, reminders, etc.
? Manage Zoom links and calendar changes
? Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed

Requirements
? Experience in social media / digital marketing (a must)
? Experience as a digital creative (a must)
? Professional

? Self-starter
? 10-15 hours per week
? Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Zone
