Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our dynamic team for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time, remote position to support students at a K-12 school district we partner with.

Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students? specific needs. ? Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly. ? Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other educators to create a supportive learning environment. ? Utilize a variety of digital tools and resources to engage students and facilitate learning. ? Maintain detailed records of student progress and communication. ? Participate in virtual meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications: ? Masters Degree in Special Education ? Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License. ? At least 2 years of experience working as a Special Education Teacher. ? Strong proficiency with virtual teaching platforms and technology. ? Excellent communication and organizational skills. ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
