What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Deliver workshops and presentations to groups of various sizes
• Conduct one-on-one or small group field coaching with clients
• Perform client-related project management as a Project Lead Consultant
• Understand client objectives and adapt solutions for client engagement
• Establish effective safety governance aligned with client structure

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in organizational change, operations with safety responsibility, or industrial consulting
• CSP or equivalent certification, LEAN Green/Black Belt preferred
• Ability to develop deep knowledge of DEKRA solutions
• Fluency in various Governance structures and leading and lagging metrics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Demonstrated cognitive flexibility
• Ability to lead a matrixed team
• 0-2 years of experience as a Consultant in a related field
