Primary Responsibilities

? Provide precise details regarding vehicle availability, leasing rates, policies, and guidelines.
? Promote additional products and services to meet client needs and enhance their rental experience.
? Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications
? Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related role.
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong ability to solve problems with a customer-oriented approach.
? Knowledge of CRM software a plus.
