What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Conduct medical benefits investigations to determine patient coverage
• Process medical claims through electronic fax and data entry
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with medical inquiries
• Collect and review critical patient demographic and billing information
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to secure medication coverage for patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 1 year of insurance verification experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to work from home
• Proficiency in multi-tasking and using dual monitors
• Strong attitude and willingness to assist others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in medical claims processing or healthcare reimbursement
• Familiarity with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
• Previous customer service experience in a medical or insurance setting
• Residing in Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky
