What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Support day-to-day Identity and Access Management (IAM) activities
? Manage lifecycle processes, governance, and IAM administration, including creating and terminating user accounts
? Utilize a ticketing system to troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues
? Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient operations
? Prioritize and multitask urgent requests effectively

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts
? Experience with manual IAM processes in a fast-paced environment
? Strong understanding of security principles related to IAM
? Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience working with a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution
? Familiarity with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system
