• Train and mentor chat agents to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements:
• Confident and independent personality traits
• Strong research and creativity skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in web chat management or customer service
• Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
