    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as a single point of contact on a client-facing team in a call center environment
  • Respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing inquiries
  • Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying and resolving issues
  • Provide technical support and assist with install/group administration tasks
  • Maintain a strong client-facing orientation and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Prior call center experience is required
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Capability to develop technical acumen
  • Strong client-facing orientation with exceptional customer service skills
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies
  • Willingness to comply with a hybrid work policy if living near a suitable work location
