Job Description

As an Amazon Flex Driver, you will be the face of Amazon in Illinois, delivering smiles to customers’ doorsteps. This role provides the flexibility of a part-time schedule and the opportunity to work independently. You will pick up packages from designated Amazon locations and deliver them to customers in your area using your own vehicle.

This job is perfect for those who enjoy driving and want to make extra income while having the convenience of flexible hours. You will use the Amazon Flex app to manage your deliveries, which provides clear instructions and real-time updates to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.


• Reliable vehicle with valid insurance.


• Smartphone with the Amazon Flex app installed.


• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.


• Strong time management skills.


• Good communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick up packages from designated Amazon locations.


• Deliver packages to customers safely and efficiently.


• Follow delivery instructions provided through the Amazon Flex app.


• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers.


• Ensure vehicle is well-maintained and in good working condition.


• Report any issues or discrepancies to the Amazon support team.


• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Educational Qualifications
