Key Responsibilities
? Manage and prioritize emails, calendar, and appointments
? Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
? Organize and maintain documents and databases
? Conduct internet research and compile data as needed
? Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
? Assist in creating and editing presentations and reports
? Handle basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
? Manage social media accounts and handle online correspondence
? Assist in organizing virtual events and webinars
? Handle basic IT troubleshooting and liaise with technical support
? Provide general administrative support to the team
? Complete ad-hoc tasks as required
? Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times
? Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
? Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
? Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite
? Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Highly organized with great attention to detail
? Ability to work independently and remotely
? Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
? Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly
? Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and record-keeping principles
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
? High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
? Experience with online collaboration tools and project management software
? Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
? Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
? Understanding of online marketing and social media management
