What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Input customer and account data by accurately entering text and numerical information from source documents
? Compile and verify the accuracy of information, sorting it according to priorities for computer entry
? Review data for errors or deficiencies and correct any inconsistencies
? Research and obtain additional information for incomplete documents
? Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
? Strong computer skills, including touch typing and database management
? Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
? Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
? Previous experience in a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Familiarity with data program techniques and procedures
? Experience working with digital spreadsheets and scanning documents
