Position Responsibilities:?? The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times ? You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor ? The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices ? As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team ? Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget ? Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:?? Bachelor's Degree with 2 plus years of related experience or 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5 plus years of specific experience and 2 plus years of related supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience:?? Master?s Degree
