Key Responsibilities...
? Prepare, compile, and organize documents for data entry.
? Verify the accuracy of source documents and rectify any inconsistencies.
? Collect additional information for incomplete documents as necessary.
? Update and maintain data, including the removal of redundant files.
? Input information from source documents into specified databases and formats.
? Scan and manage documents within our systems effectively.
? Ensure the accuracy of completed work and proper storage.
? Maintain records of tasks and activities in logbooks.
? Respond to information requests and access relevant files as needed.
? Print information when required, while adhering to data integrity and security policies.
? Monitor office equipment and stationery supplies.
