We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accommodations Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients with booking hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, and other lodging options while ensuring their preferences and needs are met. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities: ? Assist clients in selecting and booking accommodations that match their preferences and budget ? Provide expert recommendations on hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals ? Coordinate special requests, including accessibility needs and amenities ? Ensure seamless booking experiences by managing reservations and handling modifications or cancellations ? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospitality trends, pricing, and promotions ? Communicate effectively with clients and hospitality partners to ensure a smooth experience

Requirements: ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ? Excellent communication and customer service abilities ? Ability to work independently while managing multiple client requests ? Experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred, but training is provided ? Familiarity with booking platforms and travel industry tools is a plus
