What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Complete service requests made by residents within 24 hours
• Implement and manage the system for handling resident service requests and schedule on-call staff
• Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance, service requests, and make-ready status of vacant apartments
• Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment
• Assist in preparing the property for various inspections and perform additional duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade
• EPA refrigerant transition and recovery certification
• Must own a basic set of hand tools
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and auto insurance
• Ability to work some weekends as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Technical certification in a relevant field
• Previous experience in a similar role within property management
