What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide comprehensive support to the Acting PMO Director and interact with middle and upper management
• Create clear and concise Business Requirements Documents
• Develop training guides and conduct training sessions for internal and external clients
• Coordinate with IT teams and Delivery Manager on project releases post-client testing signoff
• Utilize SQL server language to analyze data for requirement gathering and functional testing

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum educational requirement: Four-year degree or higher in medical or computer science fields
• At least 2 years of previous experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in the insurance and claims industry
• Familiarity with medical claims processing
• Scrum experience or certification
• Understanding of sprint processes and project management concepts
