Customer Service Chat Agent - No Experience Required
Are you ready to provide professional and personalized service to clients in an online shop environment? We are seeking a customer service Live Chat Agent to engage with clients primarily through written channels like chat and messaging.
Your goal will be to convert sales and address customer inquiries...
Responsibilities:Log in to the live chat portal on the website each morning to answer customer questions.
Utilize the chat software's features to address commonly asked questions efficiently.
Access support from a chat supervisor for more complex inquiries.
Complete a brief 1-2 hour training program before starting work.
Contract length: No fixed term Rate: $35 per hourPrerequisites:Device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Ability to work independently and follow provided instructions.
Availability for 5+ hours per week.
Reliable internet access.
Location:Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
