Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities include managing and responding to all incoming calls and emails; manual entry and maintenance of orders and return authorizations; researching requests/inquiries concerning availability of parts, order status and return status; directing questions to the proper person/department; completing general office duties including filing, faxing & copying; providing support to all... Reseller Accounts, Consumers, Tech, and Field Sales as required.
Basic Qualifications (Education/Experience required):
? High school diploma or equivalent
? 1 to 3 years customer service or related experience with direct customer contact via telephone, Call Center experience preferred
? Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
? Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
? Proven ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
? Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
? Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team
? Strong work ethic with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
? Knowledge of Infor/Syteline a plus
