Requirements

? High School Diploma or equivalent

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Proficiency in MS Office Suite

? Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

? Strong problem-solving skills

? Prior customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

? Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat

? Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer?s complaint

? Determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the issue

? Expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution

? Maintain customer records by updating account information

? Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution

Educational Qualifications

? High School Diploma or equivalent required

? Bachelor?s degree in Communication, Business, or related field is a plus

Experience

? Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
