Summary: We are looking for 2 Data Analysts to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience of financial data structures and reporting, as well as background in energy or the utilities sector. This is a hybrid position, you will be in the office 3 days/week (Tues-Thurs) in either Des Moines, IA or Portland, OR.

Qualifications/Responsibilities: ? Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a finance focus. ? Experience with Oracle Analytics preferred, but any similar experience would work too ? Background in the energy and utilities sector. ? Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. ? Strong understanding of financial data structures and reporting. ? Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. ? Strong understanding of financial data structures and reporting. ? Consulting mindset- ability to speak at different levels of leadership and always thinking of client's needs. ? Experience leading data discovery sessions and gather business requirements. ? Familiarity with FERC (Federal Agency Regulatory Commission) vs. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) structures. ? Experience with additional data visualization tools and platforms.
