As a Data Entry Clerk at TMZ Events, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the smooth flow of data across various departments, supporting the success of our operations and events.

Responsibilities...
? Input and update data into our databases and systems with speed and accuracy.
? Verify and correct data as needed to maintain data integrity.
? Organize and manage both digital and paper files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
? Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
? Assist with generating reports and summaries from the data collected.
? Collaborate with other departments to ensure data is aligned with ongoing projects and initiatives.
? Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related fields is a plus. ? Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles is preferred. ? Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. ? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. ? Excellent organizational and time-management skills. ? Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. ? Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
