Responsibilities
? Input and update data accurately in the company?s database and online systems.
? Perform regular data quality checks to maintain information integrity.
? Assist in the creation and management of spreadsheets and data reports.
? Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and issues.
? Organize and maintain files and records for easy access and retrieval.
? Provide support in various projects as needed.
? Adhere to deadlines and manage time effectively to meet project goals.
Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor?s degree preferred.
? Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
? Exceptional typing skills with a strong focus on accuracy.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and online data management tools.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
