Job Description of Parcel Service Driver:

As a Parcel Service Driver working for FedEx, your job would involve delivering packages to customers according to a set route. You would be accountable for ensuring that the packages arrive at their intended location securely, on time, and in pristine condition, which would reassure customers that FedEx is a dependable provider of swift and reliable... delivery services.

Responsibilities of Parcel Service Driver:
? Deliver packages in a timely and safe manner to meet customers' needs.
? Retrieve and detach packages from the transport vehicle.
? Comply with a pre-determined course and schedule.
? Record and document deliveries in a precise and accurate manner.
? Collaborate with dispatchers and patrons when appropriate.
? Keeping safety protocols and procedures in mind can help mitigate risks and hazards in the workplace.
? Regularly inspect vehicles to catch any issues before they become larger problems, and document all necessary repairs.

Qualifications of Parcel Service Driver:
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
? Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
? Strong time management and organizational skills.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
