What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Read customer and shipping orders submitted in person, via catalog, and online; decipher difficult handwriting
? Enter data into specified Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency
? Verify the accuracy of data before entry and report any errors to the supervisor
? Maintain accurate and updated logs of ongoing work
? Perform administrative duties such as filing and copying for about three hours daily

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
? Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
? Excellent organizational abilities
? Good communication skills
? Patience for repetitive work

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Reading knowledge of English and Spanish (5 to 10 percent of orders are in Spanish)
? 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing
? Social perceptiveness and service orientation
