Job Description:Square is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service. • Providing high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Documenting customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
• Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Motivated and dedicated attitude
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
