Key Responsibilities
? Accurately receive and document payments and adjustments to accounts.
? Post copays, deductibles, coinsurance, write-offs, and payments according to Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
? Apply recoupments in line with EOB guidelines.
? Utilize account details to manage write-offs for inclusive CPT codes as directed by payers.
? Execute system-related tasks to accurately post daily cash receipts, retractions, refunds, denials, and adjustments.
? Consistently meet productivity standards while maintaining high-quality performance.
? Handle sensitive information responsibly, adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills
? Previous experience in medical billing is preferred.
? Strong comprehension of medical billing terminology and processes.
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
? Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
? Capable of effective information analysis.
? Strong documentation and time management skills.

Qualifications
