Key Responsibilities
? Actively source, interview, and hire talented sales associates to fulfill team growth objectives.
? Collaborate with new agents, guiding them through their initial business steps up to their first 10 closings before transitioning them to the Director of Sales.
? Partner with sales associates to set and achieve career goals, conducting regular one-on-one check-ins.
? Inspire and motivate team members while holding them accountable for their performance through consistent reviews.
? Oversee lead management and ensure adherence to follow-up standards.
? Facilitate sales and business meetings, assist in script practice, and support agents in lead generation efforts.
? Establish goals for team members, create project plans, and facilitate their career advancement.

Compensation And Benefits
? Base Salary: $24,000
? Earnings Potential: With the right skills and dedication, you could earn $150,000 or more, with no limitations on your earning potential.
