What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Develop new customers and distributor channels to increase market coverage
• Conduct training and host new product introduction meetings
• Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage delivery times
• Maintain Sales & Marketing database program
• Meet established goals for product sales and drive initiatives outlined in the Sales & Marketing Plan

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience working with metalworking products
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency with training and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in sales or customer service within the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of HSS, high performance carbide round tools, and indexable tooling
