The Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Specialist at One Mind & Body serves as the first point of contact for clients seeking mental health support services. Responsibilities
? Respond to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally

? Build and maintain positive client relationships with personalized support

Requirements
? 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or tele chat

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Strong problem-solving abilities

? Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting

? Positive attitude and passion for helping others
