Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Special Education Teacher to join our team as a 1099 contractor. In this fully remote role, you will provide individualized instruction and support to students, helping them achieve their educational goals in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct thorough assessments to identify student needs and strengths. ? Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). ? Deliver engaging virtual lessons tailored to diverse learning styles and needs. ? Monitor student progress and maintain open communication with parents and guardians. ? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support. ? Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master?s preferred). ? Valid Mississippi teaching certification in Special Education. ? Proven experience working with students with various learning disabilities. ? Proficiency in using virtual teaching tools and platforms. ? Excellent communication and organizational skills. ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
