Key Responsibilities
? Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students? needs and eligibility for special education services.
? Develop and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet each student?s unique learning goals.
? Provide engaging and effective direct instruction and support through our online platform, ensuring each student makes progress.
? Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
? Maintain thorough records and documentation of student progress, services delivered, and all communications.

Qualifications
? Master's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
? Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
? A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Special Educator.
? Comfort and proficiency with virtual instruction tools and technology.
? Strong communication skills with the ability to build meaningful connections in a virtual environment.
? A dedicated, student-centered approach to delivering high-quality education and support to students with diverse learning needs.
